We ship all orders within 24-48 hours from our warehouse.
The average delivery time is 5-8 business days (in most cases,

We accept returns for eligible non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Personalized and customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for each customer. However, we will provide assistance if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sdwhcui@163.com. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request.

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the return is due to an error on our part, or the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns for other eligible reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
