1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

For personalized or customized products, additional production time may be required depending on the complexity of the customization.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take several days to appear after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Maple & Story Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries may occur.

Maple & Story Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Maple & Story Studio cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

9. Multiple Packages

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or package size.

In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
