Thank you for shopping with Maple & Story Studio. We take pride in creating personalized products and providing excellent customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible non-personalized products.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Personalized & Customized Products

Because our personalized products are made specifically for each customer, customized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes products customized with:

  • Names

  • Initials

  • Custom text

  • Photos

  • Special design requests

  • Personalized embroidery or engraving

However, we will gladly assist if your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Incorrect as a result of our error

  • Significantly different from the customization details provided and approved

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for review.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products without quality issues

  • Orders containing incorrect information submitted by the customer

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake, a defective product, or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs when applicable.

For approved returns unrelated to product quality, customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

For personalized or customized products, once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.
