This diaper bag is great quality and exactly what we expected. I got it for my baby who’s due soon, and I’m already getting compliments on it. It’s well made, stylish, and very functional. We love it overall and couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

The font size is much smaller than expected :( there's enough room to make the name look much better.

Communication between the seller and myself was amazing. They asked me how I wanted the bag they notified me that because of the writing I wanted that it would be on two lines. And I was kept apprised of everything all along the way. Just received it today and I am truly pleased. Thank you. The bad quality is fantastic the multiple pockets are truly useful. Didn't even remember it had that many pockets but I'm glad there are so many. Delivery was a bit of a task because USPS in our area is not the greatest but I was able to receive it today. I truly believe that the price was well worth it. Especially the fact that it was personalized so it's something to remember.

I love this bag! It is perfect size and high quality material. I love the pacifier holder as well. I wanted the embroidery thread to match the zipper color and customer service was fantastic is helping me with that. I chose champagne as the thread color and it turned out perfectly!

After seeing the recent reviews I was very skeptical with this shop. I asked for a picture of the finished product before it shipped and was refused one. I was told they couldn’t provide me with one. Once the product had been created, there was no refunds or exchanges. I ordered this on March 8th. I just got it today, March 25th. The quality and size is better than I thought it would be. The customer stitching turned out great. Other than it being crooked, it’s ok. I think for the price, it was worth it.

This backpack diaper bag, is very roomy, great quality, and it is exactly what I was expecting.

This bag is very well made of nice quality material. It's a nice size for holding everything! Only complaint is how small the font is. His name is really small but its nice.

The embroidery was correct, but the bag lost its shape quickly when filled. I expected a firmer structure.

This is a great first backpack for my toddler. The straps adjust easily and the bag sits comfortably on his back.

The blue, cream and brown palette works for everyday outfits and does not look too bright.

The bag looked cute, but a strap started coming loose after a short period of use. The embroidery was nice, but the construction disappointed me.

The stitching is straight, the pockets are useful and the fabric feels strong. It has handled daily nursery use very well.
