We accept returns for eligible non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Personalized and customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for each customer. However, we will provide assistance if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered.
